Holistic Feng Shui Consultation Non-Refundable Deposit:

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a Holistic Feng Shui Consultation to cover the preparation/planning work.

This deposit will be used towards the $300 (2 hour session) or $150 (1 hour virtual session) fee, and will be kept in the event of any cancellations (even if they are outside of 48 hours, though you will be welcome to reschedule, and use the deposit towards the new session).

Payment Methods

Cancellation Policy

For the sustainability of my business, I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within that window, I charge the full fee, regardless of the reason for the cancellation and regardless of the possibility to reschedule. Each client will receive one exception to this policy, where the first time you cancel within 48 hours, only half of the full fee will be charged. Outside of the 48 hour window, there is no charge for cancellations/rescheduling.

I will ask you to put a credit card on file (in an encrypted and confidential platform) prior to scheduling, and with your prior signed consent, your card will be charged in the event of a late cancellation.

For Holistic Feng Shui Consultations:

A $150 deposit is non-refundable (even if cancellation is outside of 48 hours) though you may use the deposit towards another re-scheduled session.

Service Contract Agreement

This Service Contract (the “Contract”) is between Healing Habitats (Bonnie Singman) (the “Company”) and the undersigned (the “Client”) about the Company’s service(s) to be performed at the Client’s stated location(s) (the “Service Location”).

Rates & Services

The Client agrees to the rates and services provided in the “Pricing” sections of this website – https://healinghabitatsholistic.com/ (scroll down on each of the Offerings pages to see the Pricing section)– and understands that they are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the current session fee, and the fee for any other services provided, before our appointment, and that fee will be honored.

Supplies

The Company will provide basic supplies that are included in the cost of the session. The Client can elect to purchase organizing containers from the Company at a price agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Service Area

The Company services the Portland Oregon Metro area unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. There will be a roundtrip travel fee of $0.60 cents/mile added above 15 miles away from Sellwood neighborhood in Portland OR, zip code 97202.

Right To Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse service at any property that it deems at its sole discretion to be unsafe or otherwise untenable. The Company requests the Client remove and secure firearms before our work begins.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the end of each appointment unless it was paid in advance. Holistic Feng Shui deposits of $150 are due a week before the appointment to cover planning, and are non-refundable, and will be applied to the first session balance due. Fees for product research are due at the time of engaging those services. Payment is typically taken via credit card electronically (through an encrypted online portal) or through Venmo. Checks are to be made payable to “Bonnie Singman”. A $35 charge will apply for bounced checks.

Cancellation & “No Show” Fees

There are no cancellation fees outside of 48 hours prior to the appointment. If notified within 48 hours of cancellation, the Client agrees to pay 100% of the scheduled session. There are no exceptions based on the reason for cancellation. Appointments may not be rescheduled until such fee(s) are paid in full. Rescheduling does not negate the collection of the full cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Payments and deposits are non-refundable. Unused hours may be credited towards future sessions. In some cases, they may also be gifted to others.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within a year of purchase date. Gift certificates may be transferable to another recipient with proper notification and consent.

Privacy Policy

The Client’s identifiable information may be disclosed to maintain the safety of the Company while on location, or as required by law, and when a situation poses real harm to the Company’s organizer or to others. Apart from safety concerns, confidentiality and privacy will be maintained and identifiable personal details and information will be strictly confidential.

Use of Photos

Photos serve as an internal record of the work performed. Verbal consent will be obtained for taking photos. Photos will never be utilized publically without the Client’s written consent.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

NOTE: For hands-on Decluttering, Organizing, and Holistic Feng Shui sessions only, not Consultations

The Company strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Should the Client be dissatisfied with the service(s) provided, the Client agrees to submit a written statement of issues and, in good faith, allow the Company to make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue(s). Such statements must be mailed to the Company by registered mail and postmarked within two (2) days from the date of the service in question. Failure to do so within that time implies that the Client fully accepts the work.The Company does not promise guaranteed outcomes. The Company promises to work in good faith, with full effort alongside the Client, and be as fast and productive toward meeting the Client’s goals as is possible, while depending on the Client’s pace and unique needs.

Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that the Company shall not be responsible for any damages (whether compensatory, direct, indirect, actual, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or otherwise), any losses (whether loss of or damage to property, loss of data, loss of use, loss of income or profit, or loss of any kind), personal injury, claims of third parties, or other claim or liability of any kind, including those resulting from discarding or destroying of any personalties or records (physical, digital, or otherwise). The Client is responsible for providing a list of valuables to the Company of particular concern. The Client makes final decisions about discarding items (unless the Company is otherwise authorized by the Client), and the Client assumes full responsibility for any losses.

Other Service Providers

If other service providers will be involved, the Company takes no responsibility – and the Client agrees to hold the Company harmless – for their actions or performance.

Duration of Agreement

This Agreement shall commence upon the date of execution, shall apply to all services provided by the Company at the Service Location as agree upon, and shall continue in effect until it is terminated as provided herein.

Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for all services rendered, cancellation fees, other outstanding fees, and any legal or collection fees incurred by the Company to collect on payments due.
